Does it matter where I have my vehicle repaired?

The quality of the repair depends on several factors: (1) the skill and attention by the body technician and painter, (2) the quality of the equipment and tools, (3) the paint and parts used, (4) the overall management of the the process and quality control at the end of the repair. Do you only repair Nissan, Kia, and Mitsubishi vehicles?

My insurance company recommended that I go to another shop, can I still have my vehicle repaired by you?
Some insurance companies own their own collision repair shops or have some other incentive to refer you to these other shops. Oftentimes they will refer you to shops which will help them save money.

However, you have the right to bring your vehicle to any shop you want and it is a decision you should not take lightly. Remember, your vehicle is probably one of your largest investments and you should choose who repairs it carefully. We believe that quality should come before costs and it is a matter of policy that every customer leaves fully satisfied.

How long will it take to repair my vehicle?
The exact repair time on your vehicle depends on several things for example the severity of the damage, parts availability and amount of time your insurance company takes to respond. When we complete your estimate, we will let you know based upon our evaluation of damages how long it will take to repair your vehicle and then we will keep in touch with you if there is a change in our original estimated completion time.

Do you work on vehicles that have not been in an accident?
Carriage Collision Center offers a wide range of services, from minor cosmetic repairs to full detail services.

Do you use factory parts?
Yes. We prefer to use original equipment parts (OEM) for every repair and will do all that we can to maximize the use OEM parts. Your insurance company might only pay aftermarket, recycled, rebuilt or reconditioned parts. Any questions or concerns you have regarding the use of these parts we will be pleased to discuss with you.

Will my paint match?
Absolutely we use the latest technologies from the leading manufacturer of automotive paints in the world to insure that your paint will match.

Do you have rental cars available?
Yes. We can offer you rental service on site and work with you and your insurance company to provide you with a rental vehicle. Whether your insurance will pay for a rental depends on your coverage. Check your policy or with your agent.
